The Sweden-based investment company, Röko AB, has acquired a 65 % stake in both Beth’s Beauty AS, the Norway-based company that retails beauty products and provides treatments for body, hair and skin, and Beth’s Medispa AS, a company engaged in providing dermatology and non-invasive skincare services and treatments, for an undisclosed amount.

Beth’s has grown steadily since it was founded by Elisabeth Lein Oksvik in 1990 and recorded revenues of NOK 90 million in 2018. The company is headquartered in Oslo and has 80 professionals associated to the business, split between employees and independent consultants.

Aabø-Evensen & Co represented Röko AB in connection with the transaction on all matters related to the acquisition, including due diligence, negotiations and the transaction documents.
