The 26th edition of Finansavisen’s annual lawyer survey is published and Partner Ole Kristian Aabø-Evensen is named the country’s best M&A lawyer. This is the 8th time for him to get this recognition. Aabø-Evensen & Co is once again ranked as one of Norway’s leading firms within mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and was awarded second place in the category best M&A law firm in Norway.
Since 2002, Aabø-Evensen has been a niche firm with main focus on M&A. In 2014, capital market transactions and IPOs also became one of the firm’s core areas.
