Carl Theodor has solid experience advising investment banks, issuers, bond trustees and security agents in the Nordic and international high yield bond market. He is a trusted advisor within acquisition financing, unsecured HY bonds, ship finance, construction agreements and large syndicated cross-border financial arrangements. In addition, he has experience with advising creditors in connection with enforcement of large cross-border financings.

He has his main focus on financing and capital market transactions (ECM og DCM), in addition to advising in M&A-transactions.
