Several of our M&A transactions have an international dimension. In this type of transaction, we work closely with leading local attorneys in different countries to ensure the best possible expertise for each transaction. We have extensive experience as project managers for multinational transactions.

Our lawyers provide advice to buyers, sellers and financial advisors regarding national and multinational mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. We assist our clients in auction processes as well as bilateral transactions, in addition to private equity buyers in connection with loan-financed transactions.
