The new partnership will allow ProData Consult to increase its footprint in Norway to deliver IT expertise through experienced business and IT consultants.Property management specialists IWMAC and Egain are now joining forces to become leaders within proptech in Europe.** The partnership with ProData Consult is a perfect match for us. Together, we can offer our customers increased access to expertise from an even larger and broader network of consultants and consulting firms. The network thus gets access to even more exciting assignments. We look forward to building on the strong relationships we have with both customers and partners, says Morten Edler Bay, CEO of Bragd Consulting Network. Bragd Consulting Network was founded in 2014. Morten Edler Bay became general manager in 2016 and the company has since grown to become a significant and independent consulting intermediary in the Norwegian consulting market. In 2020, the company had sales of NOK 169 million. The acquisition contributes to ProData Consult becoming an even larger player in the Norwegian IT consulting market. This is the company's second major acquisition in Norway, after acquiring Amesto Consulting last year. - The agreement with Bragd Consulting Network complements our Norwegian department, and will lead to positive synergies for both customers and consultants. The combined expertise and our modern IT systems - connected with a larger customer and consultant base - strengthen us in every way in Norway, says Sindre Sandaker, Country Manager Norway at ProData Consult. Aabø-Evensen has assisted ProData Consult and Polaris, a Nordic investment company located in Copenhagen, in connection with the transaction.
