Haakon primarily works with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as corporate law matters.

He has experience as a CFO and has handled a broad range of financial and commercial matters. He has led the company’s capital transactions, including the execution of equity offerings carried out without the use of financial advisors.

Previously, Haakon worked at BAHR with debt capital transactions, including acquisition financing. At Handelsbanken, he served as a legal advisor in connection with the bank’s implementation of the Payment Services Directive (PSD2) into Norwegian law.
