Our tax team is headed by Henning Raa. Henning has over 25 years experience from tax and M&A departments in large international consulting companies. Henning has extensive experience from a wide range of industries and clients; everything from large international groups to small family-owned companies. In addition to this, he has considerable experience with private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds.
