First day of listing for poLight ASA on the Oslo Stock Exchange

poLight ASA has completed its initial public offering, and is now admitted to listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange under the ticker PLT. Aabø-Evensen & Co has acted as legal advisor to the Managers in connection with the listing process

In connection with the listing, poLight raised NOK 130 million in new equity in an offering comprising (i) an institutional offering in which new shares were being offered to investors in Norway and Sweden and other investors subject to applicable exemptions from any prospectus and registration requirements, including QIBs in transactions being exempt under the U.S. Securities Act, and (ii) a retail offering in which new shares were being offered to the public in Norway and Sweden. In connection with the offering, customary lock-ups with management and major shareholders have been entered into and the Managers have been granted permission to conduct customary price stabilization activities, including customary over-allotment and greenshoe-options has been granted to the Managers.

ABG Sundal Collier ASA and Arctic Securities AS are acting as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners in the Offering. Nordnet Bank AB is acting as placing agent in the retail offering on behalf of the Managers.
