Huurre Norway AS, a contractor focusing on the food industry in Norway, is sold to Svalinn AS, a company controlled by CEO of Huurre Norway AS, Tarjei Hegland, together with senior employees and external investors.

CEO of Huurre Norway, Tarjei Hegland, together with senior employees and external investors, has purchased 100% of the shares in the company. The transaction was completed on 23 January 2019 and includes the wholly owned subsidiary Huurre Montasje AS. The new owner of Huurre Norway AS is Svalinn AS.

Since 1999, Huurre has been owned by Huurre Group Oy in Finland. This has been an industrial and long-term owner who now wants to focus on high-tech solutions and therefore sells completely out of the Norwegian business.

CEO Tarjei Hegland says in a comment that the acquisition is well planned and that he looks forward to developing the business together with his new owner group and his new board, adding that both customers, employees and partners will experience very inspired Huurre- employees in the future and a stronger focus on innovation, development and quality.

Aabø-Evensen & Co Advokatfirma has acted as legal advisors to Svalinn AS in connection with the transaction.
