Canica Eiendom AS acquires 42 % ownership in Lørenskog Vinterpark, Norway’s first indoor ski arena
The investment in the winter park project, initiated by Selvaag Gruppen ASA, now has the funding it needs, and according to plan, construction of Norway’s first and probably the worlds' largest indoor ski arena starts early summer this year. Completion and readiness is stipulated for early 2019.
The transaction was signed on 3 February this year, and final settlement is expected on 10 March.
“Stein Erik finds this exciting”, says Nils Selte, who Friday 3 Februar signed the agreement on behalf of Stein Erik Hagen's company Canica.
